Before you hand it over.
Do I need a VPS or a PC left on?
No. Your robot runs on Silverfox servers. Your phone only controls it, so you can lock it or close the app and trading carries on.
Will it touch trades I open by hand?
No. Silverfox only manages the trades it opened itself, marked with your robot's name. Anything you place manually is never closed.
What happens if the connection drops?
The session reconnects and resumes automatically. Your robot keeps running on our servers in the meantime.
How do I pay?
By immediate payment into our BANK NAME account, from this site or the app. Upload your proof of payment, send it on WhatsApp, and your access is added once the payment is confirmed.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial. Plans are paid upfront.
